For some the new year brings a fresh start! Maybe getting back to the gym, eating healthy, connecting with friends and family but for others the new year can be hard. Maybe they lost their job in 2023 or maybe they are grieving the loss of a loved one. It isn't always positive or exciting to start a new year for everyone! So be kind to everyone you come in contact with. You never know what they are carrying with them into the new year.
