Karen Sharp-Price is a professional career coach dedicated to helping individuals confidently pursue opportunities that align with their goals, values, and strengths. She provides personalized guidance in resume development, LinkedIn optimization, networking, and interview preparation, equipping her clients with the tools and strategies to stand out in today’s job market.
With experience coaching students, career changers, professionals re-entering the workforce, and leaders seeking growth, Karen creates a supportive environment where clients feel both empowered and prepared. Her approach is practical, encouraging, and results-driven, designed to help each person take clear steps toward opportunities that truly fit.
Ms. Sharp-Price is from West Seneca and graduated from Daemen University in Amherst, N.Y. She and her husband are raising their family in the Williamsville area.
After working in a number of industries in the Buffalo area for an HR consulting firm, Ms. Sharp-Price started her own consulting business, Sharp HR, in 2001.
Her passion lies in guiding motivated individuals toward opportunities that align with their personality, interests, and abilities, while giving them the confidence and tools to succeed in the next chapter of their career journey.
