The world is full of opportunities, but sometimes they’re not right in front of us, we must be resourceful enough to go find them. In your job search, being resourceful means looking beyond the obvious paths. Maybe that’s connecting with alumni on LinkedIn, reaching out to professionals for informational interviews, or finding new ways to showcase your skills. It’s about using what’s available to you, your network, your experiences, your persistence, to create possibilities.
Remember, the job market can be unpredictable, but resourceful people find ways to navigate it. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have, focus on what you can do with what you have already brought to the table.
Let’s be kind out there, it starts with you and I.
