Things to do to prepare for the new year:

1️⃣ 𝑼𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒆 - remember the top 1/3 of your resume is the most important section to draw recruiters in.

2️⃣ Have a LinkedIn profile but don't use it much? 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙚, then start to engage on LinkedIn to build your brand.

3️⃣ Start to 𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕 with professionals that you knew, try to 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 with those in your career field that you already know, and reach out and 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 with professionals that are in your career path.

4️⃣ 𝙉𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙣 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬. Practice, practice, practice! This way you will be ready for the ONE!!

5️⃣ Start to 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚.

6️⃣ If you need help with any of the above, think you would be more success working with an accountability partner or mentor find one.

You have 6 weeks left in 2022 to start the process and be fully committed to making a change in 2023. Exciting things ahead, they are in your grasp, don't let fear of the unknown stop you from 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔.
