Can you relate?

Updated: Nov 1, 2022

You wake up Sunday mornings and you feel slightly depressed and as the day goes on you are feeling sick. You don't have the energy to get anything done during the weekend and that stresses you out because you have to go back to work Monday morning and you won't have time to get your to-do list completed during the week.

The stress of your job comes home with you. The stress can be brought on by many factors: supervisor treats you poorly and borderline bullying, the work isn't challenging and you are bored most of the time, you feel underpaid and are often the one that work gets thrown at.

It really doesn't matter what the reason for the stress, feeling sick, or dread of returning to work. It is clearly a warning sign from your body and mind that you need to listen to.

But the thought of the energy it will take to find a new opportunity is overwhelming. All the things it takes these days to find a better opportunity; updating your resume and LinkedIn profile, building up your self-confidence to sell yourself in an interview, networking just to name a few.

You wouldn't know where or how to begin the process of getting out of your current situation. Consider for one minute that it might just be time to take a step in a better direction.

Thoughts from a Career Coach.

You may just need to work with someone who: 🎯 Can help you build up your self-confidence.

🎯 Has helped many other clients get out of toxic work environments.

🎯 Can show you the steps it takes to get through the job search process.

🎯 Can become your accountability partner.

🎯 Will be your cheerleader, confidant, support team.

You are worth it! It is easier than you think to start the process!

Reach out - you will be glad you did.
