𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵

Albert Einstein once said, “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” That ties perfectly with this week’s word: Inspiration.

When you’re job searching or changing careers, inspiration often feels in short supply. The applications, rejections, or even silence can drain your energy. But inspiration doesn’t always come in big lightning bolts, sometimes it’s in small sparks. A new idea for your resume. A conversation that opens your eyes to another career path. Even realizing you’ve grown stronger from a setback.

That’s where creativity steps in. It’s your intelligence looking for new ways to solve problems, reframe challenges, and imagine possibilities. When you allow yourself to get creative, whether that’s exploring industries you hadn’t considered, approaching networking differently, or finding new ways to talk about your skills, you’ll often find fresh inspiration to keep moving forward.

So as you go into this week, ask yourself: Where can I add a little fun, a little creativity, to spark new inspiration in my journey?
