Albert Einstein once said, โCreativity is intelligence having fun.โ That ties perfectly with this weekโs word: Inspiration.
When youโre job searching or changing careers, inspiration often feels in short supply. The applications, rejections, or even silence can drain your energy. But inspiration doesnโt always come in big lightning bolts, sometimes itโs in small sparks. A new idea for your resume. A conversation that opens your eyes to another career path. Even realizing youโve grown stronger from a setback.
Thatโs where creativity steps in. Itโs your intelligence looking for new ways to solve problems, reframe challenges, and imagine possibilities. When you allow yourself to get creative, whether thatโs exploring industries you hadnโt considered, approaching networking differently, or finding new ways to talk about your skills, youโll often find fresh inspiration to keep moving forward.
So as you go into this week, ask yourself: Where can I add a little fun, a little creativity, to spark new inspiration in my journey?
If youโre feeling stuck and could use a little creativity or inspiration in your job search, thatโs where I can help. Reach out toย SharpHR Career Coachingย and ask for Karen, together, we can find fresh ways to move your career forward.
