Here’s what you can do right now to improve your adaptability, with steps for both beginners and those with more experience.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
𝟭. 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: View new tasks as opportunities to grow. Volunteer for projects that push you out of your comfort zone, both at work and in personal life.
