Feeling discouraged? Here are 𝟱 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 to keep persistence in action this coming week:
𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 - Pick one or two actionable steps you can complete-update one section of your resume, reach out to one contact, or apply to three aligned roles.
𝟮. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 - Use a simple journal or spreadsheet to see how far you've come. Celebrate the wins-no matter how small.
𝟯. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 “𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿” - Save positive feedback, past successes, and things you’re proud of. Review it when you’re feeling stuck.
𝟰. 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 - Block out focused time each day or week for job search tasks. Routine builds momentum.
𝟱. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - Talk to a coach, friend, or peer. You don’t have to go alone. Support can help you reset and refocus.
