Can you keep the balance most days?

For me, it is constantly trying to keep the balance going but I do believe that it teeters back and forth depending on what is going on in my life. And that is okay!

For me October-December is the hardest time to keep that balance because of many family obligations, and the holidays fast approaching!

Along with family and work obligations, have you been thinking lately that you would like to find new job opportunities or maybe you really want to transition into a new career? Does it seem just too overwhelming?

Are you asking yourself these and many other questions?

𝟏. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐚𝐝𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫?

𝟐. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧?

𝟑. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝?

𝟒. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬?

𝟓. 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞?

If you are someone that could use some guidance, works better when you are held accountable, don't have time to do a lot of research on the newest trends then reach out to a career coach. In the long run, you will save time and money! You will be guided through the process, given direction and support, will be held accountable and your return on investment will be much higher than being on your own because of the time it could take you to find your way.

Career coaches have worked with many clients before you. They know what works and what doesn't. They know where your valuable time needs to focus. They are your sounding board for when that balance starts to teeter and can redirect you to stabilize that balance.

So do yourself a favor and just reach out and talk to career coaches and see if what they offer doesn't sound like a good fit for you. It is just a phone call but can be the game changer for success!
